Always there are 3 things that a seller wishes of luxury homes / property premium. Three things are:
• Best Price
• the shortest time
• Privacy

The problem is, which one is your priority in selling the property? To sell premium properties, you must have a scale of priorities of those three things. You certainly can not expect all three.

For example, if you intend to sell quickly in a short time, due to some reason, for example, buy a new property, moving out of town / overseas, opening a new business or in need of liquid funds immediately, you must determine the order of priority.
