Of course you expect for your real estate sold at prices as high. You are also hoping for privacy, tranquility and your business are not confused by the marketing process and negotiations in buying and selling homes. In addition, you expect your house can be sold in a short time or not too long.

Always there are 3 things that a seller wishes of luxury homes / property premium. Three things are:
• Best Price
• the shortest time
• Privacy

The problem is, which one is your priority in selling the property? To sell premium properties, you must have a scale of priorities of those three things. You certainly can not expect all three.
